You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. baim77 strictly enforces this requirement. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is under 21 years of age, we will suspend that Account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.
The Platform is designed to serve players residing in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Palembang, Makassar, and all other provinces of the Republic of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts, and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. Required information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile telephone number, and a valid email address.
You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and not misleading. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. baim77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time. Failure to provide accurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account access with any third party. baim77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
In circumstances where multiple individuals at the same residential address wish to register Accounts, each person must contact our support team prior to registration. baim77 may, at its discretion, permit multiple Accounts from the same household address, but will monitor such Accounts for collusive or fraudulent behaviour.
baim77 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. All Members are required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal, and baim77 may require verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

baim77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including source-of-funds declarations for high-value transactions. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Member.
baim77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change with prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes of confirmed receipt by baim77's payment processor, subject to banking system availability. baim77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified Members are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals submitted by Members who have not completed KYC verification will be held pending completion of the verification process. baim77 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Ramadhan.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a different name, or accounts not previously used for a deposit are strictly prohibited. baim77 reserves the right to refuse any withdrawal request that does not comply with this requirement and to conduct further verification before processing.
baim77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Member will be notified and the matter referred to our compliance team. Funds associated with refused transactions will be held pending investigation.
baim77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1, Champions League, and Indonesian cultural occasions including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these General Bonus Terms.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion; unused Bonus Funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
baim77 actively monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; low-risk or hedged wagering strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements; collusion between Members; and the systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, baim77 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account.
baim77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any promotion already activated by a Member will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of activation.
All Wagers are accepted at baim77's sole discretion. A Wager is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation receipt with a unique bet reference number. baim77 reserves the right to refuse any Wager, limit stake amounts, or restrict market access for any individual Member without providing a reason.
In the event that an odds price, payout calculation, or game outcome is published as a result of a manifest error — including pricing errors caused by data feed failures, system faults, or human input mistakes — baim77 reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and return stakes to the Member. This applies equally to sports betting markets (including Asian handicap / voor bola, mix parlay accumulators, and bandar bola markets) and casino game outcomes.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Togel SGP, Togel HK, and related draw-based games are offered on baim77 subject to their individual game rules published on the relevant game pages. Draw results are sourced from certified third-party providers. In the event of a disputed result, the result published by the official draw operator shall be final.
Live in-play betting markets are offered for selected sports and events. baim77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time for risk management purposes. Wagers accepted prior to a market suspension will stand unless the Wager was placed after the relevant event had already concluded due to a data or timing error.
The decision of baim77's trading team regarding the settlement of any Wager is final and binding. Disputes must be raised via our official support channel within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published on the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of baim77.
baim77 operates the Platform on a commercially reasonable best-efforts basis and targets 99.95% uptime. However, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failure).
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baim77's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
baim77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.
The Platform relies on third-party payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and others), game content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), and data feed operators. baim77 is not liable for any failure, error, delay, or loss caused by the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
baim77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
Upon termination of an Account for cause, baim77 may withhold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, baim77 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the withheld balance. Any confirmed real-money funds not connected to a breach will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within 30 business days.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending Wagers will be settled according to their applicable rules before closure is completed. Confirmed real-money balances at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC compliance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which baim77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising between you and baim77 that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution. Nothing in this clause limits baim77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
Where you are a resident of Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Indonesian law, and that your decision to use the Platform is made voluntarily and at your own legal risk. baim77 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or accessible in your jurisdiction.
baim77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via email or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 12.3.
